Delivery
Current situation
We aim to continue send orders the next day if ordered by 9pm UK time. Please be aware that there might be a slight delay with most mail providers, please allow a little more time to receive your order.

Please note: We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may occur when items are sent out of the UK. This is the responsibility of the customer. We hold no responsibility or liability for the loss of a parcel due to incorrect address details provided to us by the customer. If a parcel is lost due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer it is therefore the customers responsibility. We will not refund nor resend an item if this is the case. However if the parcel is simply lost in the post there are numerous things we can do to ensure the customer still receives their order, if this is the case please contact us by clicking here or email enrracrystals@hotmail.com, please send us your name and order number.
Returns
We will accept returns only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, the order has arrived damaged. We will ask that you send your order back to us with all original packaging at your own cost within 10 days (14days for international orders) of receiving your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. You will find our return address on the back of your envelope/parcel.
We are unable to accept personalised, used incense or smudge sticks, any sale items or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns, we will do our best to solve any issue or complaint.
Security
We will never provide your personal data to third parties. We may use your contact information to inform you of special offers max 4x a year.
We never store your card details.
